Mission Statement

Our goal is to make Martial Arts accessible to everyone; children, adults, and families and offer quality and safe Martial Arts instruction.

We wish to develop values such as:

  • Respect for family, friends, and above all respect for the self.
  • Setting and achieving short and long term goals.
  • Strength, Control, and Determination as the basis of personal growth.
  • Learning to function within the structured environment, this carries over to the student’s everyday life.

We will strive for equal development of the Mind, Body, and Spirit. Self –defense will be taught every step of the way along with the philosophy of physical confrontation as a last resort.

Karate-Do

Means art of empty hand. To describe the techniques of fighting with the body’s natural weapons. The Ultimate aim of the art of Karate lies neither in victory nor defeat, but in the perfection of the character of its participants.

 

Training consist of, cardiovascular, technique practice, kata and sparing at the higher belt levels.

 

Hapkido

Hapkido includes a vast variety of arm an leg joint locks, weapon techniques, throw, kick, hit, and nerve pressure techniques. Hapkido is no martial sport but a martial art, which is outstandingly suitable for self-defense. It can be learned both by men and by women, regardless of their age.

Weekend:   Sat 5pm to 7pm

 

Adults:

Beginners:   Tues & Thurs 6pm to 7pm

Advance:     Tues & Thurs 7:30 to 9pm

                      Sun 6pm to 8pm

 

Hapkido

Adults: Wed 7:30pm to 9pm

              Sun 3pm to 4pm

Kids:     Sun 2pm to 3pm
